Staff was all friendly and kind. Amenities room looked awesome, unfortunately we didn't have time to get down there and try it out. Parking is always difficult for us (our vehicle is bigger) but the lot was a great size. We had the king bed and it was comfortable- the air conditioning in the room was great.

The hotel is pretty old and its renovated but the hallways smells very bad the rooms are half way renovated. All over its not a great place for the price we paid.

Great Experience
We were pleasantly surprised at the services at the hotel especially the room with table tennis and other games. The hotel is newly renovated with an eclectic atmosphere. The king bed was super comfy!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great to have a Frank’s diner attached!! We will definitely plan to return!!

Well we found this property on whim and last moment as we were on our western Canadian road trip from Calgary. We were pleasantly surprised with the value and the free upgrade upon check in. The lounge is very kid friendly with free popcorn, table tennis table and foosball table. Great general location close to downtown Victoria without the downtown prices. Having the on site Floyd’s Dinner was a welcome touch. We didn’t get to try the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. Overall one of the better hotels for the price point that we stayed in for our 3 week road trip. The suite we stayed in was the size of a one bedroom apartment and we probably would have paid for it if we knew it was available. Only small nit about the property is that you can tell it is older so if you are looking for a boutique hotel that is also brand new this is not the place for you. Recommended. Traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 10).

It was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Will need own transportation to get around or taxi/uber. It has a nice recreation area/games room and big screen TV to relax or play a few games. Overall a nice place not too far from downtown Victoria.
