Staff were great, but the carpet needs to be shampoo, so wear soaks or flip flops. They do vacuum every time they clean. Oh and the rooms coffee is bad.

Best Hotel Stay in YEARS in Victoville
Best Hotel Stay in Victorville in years! Staff was amazing - kind and friendly, remembered my name from checking in when we came back from dinner. The gentleman that checked us out the next morning was just as friendly and kind even though it was 5:00 AM. Will definitely be staying there for the rest of our trips this year (we go once a month for six months out of the year for racing). Hotel was clean, room was spacious, and the staff was top notch!

The room was great. However, I had to go to the desk to get fresh towels and coffee cups, as my room was not serviced the second day. If this was the policy, it was not relayed to me ahead of time. When I checked in, I was not given WIFi instructions. The ice machine was only available on one floor.

People smoking out front near the entryway with a no smoking sign clearly posted. Our room 312, was not maintained aesthetically, blinds were ragged and torn on the edges, the couch is old, worn out and the fabric on the cushions were torn and the material was frayed. The faucet in the shower seemed to be backwards according to the blue and red painted on the faucet. When I showed the water started hot and eventually cooler as I turned the dial towards the red. Big safety issue! The paint was chipped around the windows. Just not what we expected with 4.5 average reviews. I would have given a review of 3 at best
