The staff and amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working, but the front desk person delivered some directly to my room. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some hallway noise, but not so much from the adjacent rooms.

I booked this room because the hotel had great reviews, but we had an awful experience with roaches. We stayed on the second floor, and had our small dog with us, so maybe it was just that it was a 'pet' room or something, but considering that I paid extra for the pet deposit, I'm even more upset. As soon as we entered the hotel my husband found a roach scurrying up the wall, he knocked it down and killed it, but before the night was over there were 2 more incidences of roaches running across the tile behind the fridge. I spoke to the front desk about it and I said the fridge probably has a nest or something and they told me they would speak to housekeeping to see what they could do. They took my phone number down but never called me back. It was horrific. They could have swapped the fridge out, laid sticky traps or gave us a different room and I would never have written this review, but they did nothing and I'm disgusted. Take note of the tile in the photos and you'll see its the same tile in the hotel rooms other photos, to verify I'm not making this up. I'm sure the breakfast that everyone is raving about was great, but I couldn't eat there with my experience.

Not what were use to for this hotel brand.
Pros: breakfast was good, ample parking, comfy bed. Cons: room located on 3rd floor and we had 2 dogs which made it difficult when it was time for them to potty. Door to room was jammed. We had to turn and pull the door several times to open it. Large mirror on the wall fell down ( wasn’t securely fastened to wall), refrigerator did not work (front desk said to turn the dial on the back, but that required a screw driver), no coffee cups in room, remote for tv wasn’t working, ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order, and not enough towels.

I should have read the reviews before booking. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the adjacent room. The guests around us had a great time all night long. The staff did nothing to quiet them down.
