The apartment is located on the 2nd floor(European). Entry with wardrobe, bath with shower and large bathtub, separate toilet, a spacious living room with booth, desk, cupboard with cable TV, DVD player, radio and WLAN internet access,
a modern kitchen with table and chairs for six, two bedrooms, one with large double bed, the other one with two separate beds. Both bedrooms are located to the quiet backyard.
Living room and dining room face the street, they are equipped with noise reduction windows, you look to the “summerstage” and the river Donaukanal.

Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam iron are available.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker and oven, micro-wave, coffee-maker and Nespresso machine, water boiling pot, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and cutlery.
There are parquet floors in the main rooms and tiles in bath and toilet.
WLAN available at no extra cost.

Below cancellation policy not valid until further notice due to corona ruling:
If a booking is cancelled at least 6 weeks before the planned day of arrival the down payments are refunded. If cancellation is between 6 weeks and three weeks prior to the planned stay you can use the downpayment for another stay within the next twelve months. If the cancellation is made within three weeks of the planned day of arrival or in case of "no-show" no refund will be made unless other guests can be found for the same period.
