Hotel is located near the schonbron palace with a supermarket at the bottom of the hotel along with plenty of food options. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Only problem was the AC didn’t work, told the front desk and they said they didn’t have anyone to fix it

The building was new and very close to the Uban entrance. The parking was good. The rooms did not have working ventilation and AC, we changed a room and the other one was the same. The rooms were super hot and we couldn’t breathe. The windows could only be opened 4CM and there was no air in the rooms. The front desk said it’s because it’s a new building and they are trying to save energy and the planet. The water pressure was low as well. Also the mattress and pillows were terrible. There were dormitory mattress and pillows. I got neck and back pain by sleeping there for two nights and it’s still not fixed after a few days.

A very new and modern hotel right at the subway
A very new hotel right at the exit of the U4 subway station and right beside a big shopping mall. The hotel is very modern and clean with cool looking circular shaped walls. Staff was kind and breakfast was great. There is a quite big selection to choose from, but also due to the very high number of guests this hotel can accommodate, there can be queues and some unavailable items for a short time.

The address was not correct on Expedia website and the taxi had challenges to locate the hotel at midnight! It was convenient there was a grocery store, but not many restaurants in the neighborhood.

This hotel just started at 2024/04, which is pretty new one. The property is very new, and the location is very convenient for the public transportation. It is a pity that the room do not provide the refrigerator.

High tech and comfort hotel.
So new, 2 taxis were not sure of its whereabouts. Excellent access to U Bahn, outside the door. A little clinical, but very clean. Starange, the restaurant toilet facilities were on the floor above. Rooms have blinds & curtains. A superb breakfast. Other meals, clearly microwaved and issued whilst still cold in the centre. Excellent check out time and reception. Wonderful staff. A very competitive price.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT: THE AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT A USUAL AC, IT IS MORE LIKE A VENTILLATION WITH LIMITED CAPACITY, AND ALSO THE WATER PRESSURE IS NOT GOOD. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD THESE TWO CHOISES ARE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS A ENVIROMENTAL FRIENDLY TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION.

Enjoyed our stay in a new and modern hotel. Nice Breakfast and right next to a transit station. Makes it very accessible to the palace and the city center. Very nice and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here twice with a trip to Salzburg in between. The metro is just outside the front door and Schönbrunn Palace is a 20-minute away. Next door is a mall with a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet abundant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well

The beds were very comfortable and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. There is a subway station on one side and a mall with a grocery store and several eating place on the other side. It was easy to take the subway into town, to the train station and the airport.

The hotel is near the U-Bahn. The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice. The center of Wien with the U-Bahn can be reached in a few minutes. Breakfast is included and very good. The only caveat is there were no much space in my room to store the dress, if you have a lot of them. I enjoyed my staying very much.
