If this place wasn’t built yesterday…
…you’d hardly know from staying there. Everything more or less brand new and spotless. Thanks to cunning layout rooms seem much larger than they are. Gigantic breakfast spread (hot as well as cold selections) and friendly, competent front-desk service. Lacking a couple of typical conveniences (microwave, fridge) that I never use anyway. Literally 50 steps from the U4 subway line, with restaurants, ATMs, and even a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. I do hope the price doesn’t double once everyone finds out how desirable the place is…

Hotel appears to be new and conveniently located by metro. However, the check in staff was rude and impatient, and lost his cool when I asked him a follow up question. There were no amenities like coffee, fridge or cream in the room.

The location is very convenient, near subway station. The breakfast was very good. There was nice grocery store on the ground floor and nice little shopping center as well. I will stay here next time in Vienna.

I was a late arrival and the entrance was locked. I activated the door bell continuously for 15 minutes and called the hotel multiple times, the phone saying the number is busy. Fortunately a guest opened the door for me and when I arrived at the reception, tyey said they are aware of the problem with the door bell. I tried to call the reception when phone not active and it still said it’s busy. The hotel itself is brand new and in dxcellent condition but after this experience I will never choose this hotel again. Also in the morning I wanted the reception to call a taxi for me but the cleaning person said the receptionist s on a cigarette break. I just left after a few minutes.

2 things needs to be fixed, there are no phones in the rooms to call the hotel stuff so we had to go down for everything we needed, and there was no water or teapot or anything like that if you wanted to make a cup of tea late at night

Recently stayed at and had a truly good experience. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of hot dishes, the breakfast was consistently excellent each morning. The room was equipped with blackout blinds that were incredibly effective, ensuring a restful night’s sleep by completely blocking out any light. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The only thing that would have made the room perfect would be the addition of a safety deposit box and a mini fridge. These amenities would have added an extra layer of convenience and security to an already great stay. Overall,exceeded my expectations in many ways. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with the U4 train line just next door.
