Superb!
A truly excellent hotel. Great location, immaculate facilities, very friendly and professional staff, excellent breakfast, great coffee. Needless to say, it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's very hard to fault it. At first, the hotel may look "a little odd", as it is based in a very modern building, and it shares the ground-level lobby with some offices. But it works very well. The reception is on the 2nd floor. There is a very spacious underground car park, with designated parking spaces. The rooms are relatively spacious, and very modern, well sound-insulated. The aircon worked well (it was 32C outside). There are multiple and easily accessible power sockets available to recharge your phones, etc. The restaurant is well spaced, and although it got very busy during breakfast, there was definitely plenty of excellent food and coffee for everyone. Meidling Hauptstrasse train station is just 20 meters from the hotel. Schönbrunn Palace is only 2 block away, a 10-minute walk. The main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse is about 15-20 minutes away - don't bother, just take the train instead, and save time. There is also an excellent cafe/bakery across the intersection (Der Mann) with great coffee, cakes and sandwiches. Highly recommended. BTW, in case you have a roof box attached to your car, the car park height clearance is 2.5 meters. We're already planning another short trip to Vienna next year, and will definitely stay at this excellent hotel again.

Extremely nice place hotel! Stayed for three nights - all were great, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast had a good selection. Walking distance of all of Schönbrunn. Could have walked to the Unterstadt in roughly 45-55 minutes. Will stay again when back in Wien.

Hotel is located near the schonbron palace with a supermarket at the bottom of the hotel along with plenty of food options. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Only problem was the AC didn’t work, told the front desk and they said they didn’t have anyone to fix it

The building was new and very close to the Uban entrance. The parking was good. The rooms did not have working ventilation and AC, we changed a room and the other one was the same. The rooms were super hot and we couldn’t breathe. The windows could only be opened 4CM and there was no air in the rooms. The front desk said it’s because it’s a new building and they are trying to save energy and the planet. The water pressure was low as well. Also the mattress and pillows were terrible. There were dormitory mattress and pillows. I got neck and back pain by sleeping there for two nights and it’s still not fixed after a few days.
