Good for a short break
Very modern, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to public transport. The gym was fairly well equipped and there is a large new tv in the room. Our let down was the service upon check in was quite slow and the hotel is very busy. We gave up on waiting a few times to use one of the 4 lifts and like many reviews say the breakfast isnt great. It would be ok for a short break, but by our last day we could hardly be bothered. The scrambled eggs are like rubber, beans are cold and the pastries are old. It also gets so busy its hardly a fun experience!

Brand new, clean well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, good size, beautiful modern decor. Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Hotel right next to local train station that was great.

Hotel was easily accessible by Underground from the Centre of Vienna. You could even see the Hotel when you came out of the nearest Underground! Staff were friendly and Hotel was very clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing as the food was all lukewarm/cold on the first day and the egg was only hot enough the next day when I happened to come just as the container was being topped up. Not too pleasant and potentially a health hazard.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN
The WORST Hotel we have EVER stayed in.  * TELCON (Telephone Conversation) confirming booking.    Upon calling the hotel from Northern Ireland to confirm our booking and confirm adjoining rooms (family booking (Room 1 - 2 adults and 1 child) (Room 2 - 2 adults)) for Monday 25 November 2024 until Thursday 28 November 2024 as it’s a family holiday. The hotel reception staff confirmed the booking and that the 2 rooms are adjoining. I then asked if it was possible to pay for my booking now in advance as I had originally booked this hotel with Reserve Now, Pay Later via “Hotels.com”.  The reception staff started to laugh at me via the phone call and informed me that this is not possible and that you pay for your hotel room upon checking out.  I found it extremely strange that the hotel reception staff were laughing at me as I was trying to ascertain if it was possible to pay for our rooms over the phone, however, they put it down to the language barrier.  * UPON CHECKING IN (Monday 25 November 2024) When we arrived at the hotel on Monday 25 November 2024, the hotel staff didn’t confirm which card was being used to book the room, which is totally understandable as there was 2 cards registered on my “Hotels.com” account (1 belonging to myself and the other belonging to my wife. However when this mistake was realised as one of the cards (my wife’s card registered on my account didn’t have enough funds in the account, however there was still a payment of £279 taken from my wife’s

Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.
