Stayed because the OBB canceled all trains. Good price for a last minute option. The TV worked, but it said air but there wasn’t any. I just opened the window because I sleep cold. All in all it wasn’t bad. If you have middle names make sure you specify that out for the check in. I have a US Drivers License so I understand the confusion and not knowing where to look.

It would have been ok with prompt service recovery
Basic amenities like coffee/tea, refrigerator in the room was not available. AC didn’t work making the stay uncomfortable and nobody was giving a satisfactory answer or make it work. We requested a fan in the substitute but it was not available. We were given a different photo of the room than a room provided. Our room was very small with no room on both sides of the bed as shown in the photo at confirmation. When it was reported to the reception, they tried to convince us that all rooms are the same. Then you are showing wrong photos on the website deceiving clients.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, molto vicino al centro e sopratutto collegato benissimo con i trasporti in quanto c’è la possibilità di prendere due linee di metro a pochi minuti a piedi che ti portano al centro in 10 minuti. Nota negativa, non mi aspettavo date le innumerevoli recensioni positive una stanza così scomoda! Non c’è un armadio per riporre i vestiti ma solo un piccolissimo mobiletto, la stanza non è per niente insonorizzata e inoltre i materassi e i cuscini sono davvero scomodi, abbiamo dormito parecchio male. Credo si possa trovare di meglio, ma comunque per pochi giorni vista la posizione è da tenere in considerazione se si trova a buon prezzo.

Gunstig gelegen hotel, niet ver van een Metrostation en Meidling Hbf. Voor 1 of 2 nachten is het oke. De stoel in de kamer mag wel vervangen worden en een goede afzuiging in de douche zou een verbetering zijn!
