It would have been ok with prompt service recovery
Basic amenities like coffee/tea, refrigerator in the room was not available. AC didn’t work making the stay uncomfortable and nobody was giving a satisfactory answer or make it work. We requested a fan in the substitute but it was not available. We were given a different photo of the room than a room provided. Our room was very small with no room on both sides of the bed as shown in the photo at confirmation. When it was reported to the reception, they tried to convince us that all rooms are the same. Then you are showing wrong photos on the website deceiving clients.

Mit dem gleichen Zimmer kein zweites Mal.
Nach dem Einchecken hatten wir ein geräumiges Zimmer. Leider war der Fernseher defekt. Wegen der anstehenden EM mussten wir ein anderes kleineres Zimmer beziehen. Hier stellte sich heraus, das das Fenster kein richtiges Fenster war, nur Lichtfenster.Man konnte es nicht öffnen. Trotz Klimaanlage war es brütend heiß im Zimmer. Nach der Abreise waren wir beide wegen der Klimaanlage krank. Das Bett hatte auf einer Seite eine wirklich total durchgelene Matratze. Durch eigenes drehen und wenden hielten wir noch eine Nacht durch. Solche Missstände können sich nicht durch freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück aufwiegen. Die Lage zur U-Bahn war in Ordnung.

Wir waren für 3 Tage im hotel Orangerie Wien.das hotel ist Ansich ok.aber das Frühstück ist keine 17 euro pro Person wert. Von 6 Tellern waren 5 schmutzig. Die Auswahl ist sehr sehr bescheiden. Auch gibt es keinen Kaffeelöffel oder kaffe milch .der speck war nicht gebraten sondern gekocht die Frühstücks eier kalt .das ganze Ambiente ist im Frühstücks raum schmutzig. Auch das Personal spricht kein wort deutsch. Wien ist eine traumhafte stadt wenn mann sich für ein anderes hotel entscheiden tut.

2/5 Definitely not a “luxury hotel” - the price would also tell you that, at least. The value for money is probably below average even though it’s somewhat cheap. 4 stars, never ever. My room did technically have air conditioning, but it did not work properly and was unable to cool the room. The wifi signal was so bad in my top corner room, it was completely useless. The bathroom is kinda weird; for example, the sink tap is placed so that you can barely fit your hands under it. You can hear every sound both outside the hotel and in the hallway, isolation is quite bad. The bed is very soft, you really sink into it, which some people have a problem with. Cleaning wasn’t terrible but also not great, some things could be cleaner. There is absolutely no facility expected of a 4 star hotel, that’s a straight up lie. 2 stars would be accurate, since other 3-star hotels nearby have better facilities. On the plus side, it’s near Schönbrunn and public transport. Also, the staff seemed nice and helpful enough. However, I would definitely spend a bit more and choose a different hotel.

Wir haben Familie in der Nähe besucht, das Hotel lag für uns sehr praktisch. Wir waren positiv überrascht vom guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Was noch schön gewesen wäre - zumindest ein kleiner Schrank für die Kleidung.

Struttura moderna, hotel ben posizionato (3 minuti dalla fermata della metro), camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Colazione abbondante e varia. Unica pecca materasso del letto molto sforzato. In generale, soggiorno piacevole e consigliato a Vienna.
