Great home in Vienna
This is a great property outside the hustle and bustle of vienna, but with great public transport options into the city. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful house, nice for a couple
The house is perfect for a couple to get away in Vienna. A quick drive to the U6 (with park-n-ride), making it an easy trip into the city. The house had everything we could need and the details to help make our stay very nice. The property matches the listing. We enjoyed the large back yard and had a great stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very pleasant even when weather and traffic made us late in arriving.

Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns wirklich sehr nett empfangen und übernahm sogar die Parkgebühren für den Abend der Anreise. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr Gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft war, wie beschrieben, bestens ausgestattet. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert!

Ruhige Lage im Außenbezirk gesucht und gefunden
Das Haus ist charmant, gut ausgestattet und hat für ein paar Tage alles, was man braucht. Da das Wetter sehr schön war, konnten wir sogar im kleinen Garten essen, was für einen Aufenthalt in Wien ja doch besonders ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und wir haben die Ruhe im Haus genossen.

Goldiges kleines Häuschen an der äußersten Wiener Perpherie, verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Anreise mit Pkw, verkehrsgünstig auch für die Benützung des ÖPNV, Bushaltestelle ca. 150 m weg, ausreichend häufige Verkehrsfrequenz, ca. Viertelstunde bis U-Bahnstation U6, aber ruhig aufgrund der Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße direkt neben dem örtlichen Friedhof. Hübsch eingerichtet innen, alles für den Haushalt erforderliche vorhanden und auch in ausreichender Menge, funktioniert auch alles ordentlich, sauber angetroffen und auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenkrepp, Spülmaschinentabs etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Bemerkenswerter wunderschöner verwilderter Rosengarten vor dem Haus, hinter den Häuschen läßt es sich gut sitzen, großer Sonnenschirm und Tisch+Stühle vorhanden. Nachts absolut ruhig, keinerlei Verkehrs- oder Industrielärm, beinahe ländlich. Schlafen mit offenen Fenstern (OG kann recht warm werden) problemlos möglich. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Frau Jung sehr gut, pünktlich, präzise, schnell, guter menschlicher Kontakt. Falls wir wiedereinmal nach Wien kommen sollten, würden wir genau hier wieder hin gehen.

Schönes Haus mit Garten
Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Was uns nicht bewusst war, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Da hat man sich arrangieren müssen. Ansonsten war es wunderschön, auch mit dem großen Garten, der optimal für den Hund ist. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles super und Frau Jung ist wirklich eine nette Vermieterin und auch besorgt um ihre Gäste das auch wirklich alles in Ordnung ist, sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus, 100% zum weiter empfehlen auch nach Wien rein mit dem Auto hat bei uns super funktioniert, die Parkgebühren sind zwar oberheftig und wir haben nur in den Parkhäusern geparkt alles andere war mir zu unsicher also Strassenrand ..aber so waren wir überall und konnten locker wieder mit dem Auto heim fahren...

Wir waren über Silvester dort untergebracht. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allen nötigen Sachen in Küche, Badezimmer gut ausgestattet. Man braucht zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und von dort 15 Minuten ins Wiener Zentrum. In der Nahe com Haus ist auch ein Billa wo man über die Tage einkaufen kann. Wir waren mit unserer Unterbringung vollstens zufrieden.
