I had a great stay in this hotel, very friendly staff who were willing to assist you all the time the room was really clean and it was quite place very near to transportation and walkable area!

We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre.
The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay.
The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.

The Ibis room is not fancy but clean and functional. As reliable as usual.
