Kommunikation sehr gut
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war per Mail und Smartphon jederzeit möglich. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, mit einem 72 Stunden Ticket kamen wir überall problemlos hin. 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider waren am Anreisetag (Sonntag) die Batterien von der Fernbedienung leer, somit war der Smart TV nicht zu steuern. Ein Fernsehen war somit nicht möglich. Am Montag wurden neue Batterien gebracht. Die Fotos auf FEWO stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. An den Stühlen der Sitzmöbel im Essbereich waren viele Schrauben lose, so dass die Stuhlbeine instabil waren. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserem Standard. Geschirrspüler innen stark verschmutzt, überall Flecken auf Möbel und Spiegel. Möbel im Bad mit Schimmelbildung. Es sollte jedoch bei der Abnahme vor Vermietung besser geprüft werden, da wir auch das Fernsehen am Anreisetag bezahlt haben. Daher stimmte für uns das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht! Zu beachten ist, dass keine Parkverbotsschilder aufgestellt sind. In diesem Wiener Bereich ist alles Kurzparkzone, was wir nicht wussten. Der Strafzettel kostet pro Tag 36,- €, je geparktes Auto.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Wohnung. Die vielen Schlafplätze waren für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Balkon hat eine ruhige Lage und ist perfekt für schöne gemütliche Abende.

Super Wohnung, tolle Lage
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dieser Wohnung. Mit 3 sehr großen Schlafzimmer ist sie super geräumig. Es war absolut sauber, selbst auf den Schränken. Es gibt ein kleines Bad ohne Toilette und eine separat Toilette. Sollte man mit 10 Personen in der Wohnung sein wird das Fertigmachen sportlich :) Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 3 Minuten an der U Bahn die einen gleich ins Zentrum bringt. Zu Ostern lag eine kleine Schoko Überraschung vor der Türe :)
