We stayed for 2 nights in a family room and even though we have asked at the reception to have the soap, shampoo and conditioner refilled they weren't. The room carpet could have been cleaner. The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere.

The address if you go w/ car is incorrect in expedia you have to run a pedestrian street you can not park in there you are going to recive a ticket. Be carefoul not recomendable

The beds are extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are very hard. The additional bed had no mattress at all, just the coach deployed and you could feel sleeping the metalic frame. Impossible to have a proper sleep...

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

Big room, good location
The location of this hotel is top notch, right on the main shopping street of Mariahlief and a short walk from the old city center and the museums. There's a metro station exit in the same building! And a huge supermarket just a few steps away, overall great location. The room I got was very big, a little condo with kitchen and microwave, very convenient. Staff was friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was great but the property is hard to find and needs major work. The couch in the room was made out of a pleather material. Place should only have been $100 EUROS to be fair valued not $200 USD. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the corridor in the shopping center to get in there.

Great hotel and location
This was our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. Our “apartment” suite was spacious, modern, extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s green policy. Staff are helpful and hard working. The location is great, as the hotel is steps from a Ubahn stop and supermarket. It’s a short walk to the Museum Quarter, and plenty of restaurants.
