To be clear, we had a great stay and this is a good location (near the Westbahnhof). My only issue at all was that the hard floors and the location (on a busy street) made for a noisy environment. The location can't be helped. Some different flooring might dampen the noise somewhat.

Great value.
Great and spacious apartment for one or two people. It is conveniently located close to Westbanhof train stration. Everything was good and clean. Check in was super fast and at 11AM! Finally a place to check in at a decent hour. On the down side, it has NO A/C. At least the unit i had. Would come back anyway.

I really really liked my room. However, I had gotten in the night before the U.S. travel ban went into effect and even though I was booked to stay 3 nights, I only stayed one night. The staff was not understanding at all as I had to leave after one night to get back home ASAP. They charged me the full stay. I felt this way entirely unfair as all the other hotels and airlines were working with people to provide refunds, etc. But whatever. If I go back to Vienna, I will stay somewhere else.

Convenient location. Breakfast is great and worth it compared to its neighboring restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets, walking distance, to get supplies. There's a safe in the room but no iron.

great hotel.
Very clean hotel and spacious for a family of four, + a small dog. Close to subway 🚇(8min walk), easy to travel by subway. Close to so many restaurants. Great service! Recommend. The only thing, we didn’t know we had to reserve a parking spot ahead. We got lucky and they had parking available, €13 for parking/day.

The hotel was largely fine - no big complaints - with one exception: wifi connection in my room was horrible. It seems like a small thing but not being connected is a huge inconvenience. For this reason alone, I would not rebook here.

Beautiful and friendly hotel
The pictures do not do this place any justice. From the start of my stay I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist who kept my luggage on hold until my room was ready. When I got to my room (zebra), I was totally blown away with who amazing it was. The room had a roof terrace with amazing views of the city. It had everything you needed for a home from home feel microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer. The hotel has very good transport links to get around vienna with ease and was very easy to find. They do breakfast at an additional cost per day and looked really good and they have a bar downstairs. I highly recommend staying at this place to anyone as the staff are very friendly and will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent, enjoyable stays. The room was very nice, very clean, very comfortable with modern furniture, and had a nice view. Although we did not need it, the room had a kitchen fully loaded. The place is affordable, and very close to metro stop/groceries/restaurants. 100% thanks.

A modern apartment.
An lovely, clean, modern hotel close to restaurants. We were unfortunately there is an uncharacteristically insane heat wave and there was no aircon.But I can recommend this hotel. We would stay here again if we returned.

Nice hotel!
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, nothing to complain about! Clean, spacious room, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.. Nice large shower booth. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Location was also perfect, 5 minutes walk from Westbanhof, 20 minutes to get to Schonbrunn, 15 minutes to get to the Stadthalle. If your room is facing the street, can be a bit noisy at night, but if you close the windows you won't hear a thing. All in all, I recommend the hotel!
