Séjour correct pour une nuit
Séjour d'une seule nuit dans le cadre du travail. L'accueil était très bien. La chambre propre avec le minimum. Salle de bain petite, il faut aller prendre le savon de la douche pour se laver les mains au lavabo. Petit déjeuner basique sans trop de choix mais l'essentiel y est : thé ou café, pain et viennoiseries, jus de fruits.

Mon avis ne concerne pas la réception car employé qui fait excellemment son travail. Mon avis concerne l’hôtel en lui même et la prestation qu’il offre. Par ex ma chambre ( 403 ) ne correspond pas au plan d’évacuation. En effet sur ce dernier cette chambre est censé avoir une salle d’eau et en réalité le lavabo et la douche sont collés au lit. Ensuite vous pouvez demander à ce que l’on fasse votre chambre. Chose que j’ai demandé via la petite pancarte de porte. Résultat étrange, poubelle vidée oui mais lit non refait et nettoyage de lavabo et douche non fait. Pour finir la chambre n’est clairement pas au standard de la chaîne Ibis. Plainte au niveau de la douche qui se décolle et moisie, support papier toilette laissant à désirer, télé qui ne capte pas toute les chaînes. Bref on est plus au niveau des prestations d’un hôtel F1 que d’un Ibis

Groot kwaliteitsverschil in ibis budget hotels. Deze bevindt zich aan de onderzijde maar is geschikt voor late aankomst en vroeg vertrek. Parkeren aanwezig next door en snachts gratis. Geschikt voor een snelle overnachting. Minder geschikt voor een langer verblijf.

Accueil du personnel parfait mais alors l’état de l’hotel épouvantable. Nous séjournions lors d’un salon et ce sera la dernière fois. Nous avions deux chambres, les deux extrêmement sales, des poils partout dans la salle de bain, l’état du matelas n’en parlons pas. Et le pire une odeur de tabac très très forte!! Dormi la fenêtre ouverte en plein février tellement insupportable… Regret total!

Preiswerter, innenstadtnaher Zwischenstopp
Für Zwischenstopp auf Durchreise sehr gut geeignet. Zweckmäßig, preiswert, alles was man für den Preis erwarten kann. Freundlicher Service, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gute Lage nahe der Innenstadt von Vienne.
