Beautiful Property in the Hills of North Portugal
We have just come back from a wonderful relaxing break at Nuno's Villa. we arrived late and were welcomed by Nuno and his son. Cold meats, cake, cheese, bread and a lovely bottle of Port were provided also. This property is stunning and the photos do not do it justice. The indoor space is excellent with the bedrooms specifically all being very large with ensuites. The Pool and the gardens are also lovely and the place feels very secure. But its the surrounding area that blew us away. The quiet peaceful village with the free grazing cows, The baker that visits every day around midday and the fish guy on Tuesdays & Fridays. The stunning walks from the doorstep which provide a new view on every corner. I went with wife & kids and we able to relax - kids loved the pool. and visiting the surrounding towns and villages. On an additional note if you are a bird watcher then this place is for you - Simply by walking down through the village I saw, Blackcap, Sardinian Warbler, Hoope, Melodious Warbler, Serin, Greenfinch, Bullfinch, Nuthatch, Jay, Stonechat, Robin, Wren and many many more.. Thanks again to Nuno for making the stay so lovely.

We were very well received by the host Nuno, who served lunch and gave a good introduction to the place. We had easily contact with the host, who managed our few requests without hessitation. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house and garden had fantastic facilities with lot of space, swimmingpool and a billard table. During hot weather the house is nice and cool, but somewhat dark. All together we had a fantastic stay

We had a great stay in this house. We stayed here with two families. What we loved was something that you almost never see in other rental houses: 4 bedrooms that were of the same size and had the same level of comfort and quality. The property has many places to sit and relax, it has a lot of privacy. Good WiFi, and a cosy atmosphere. As we came to Portugal by plane with little luggage, we wished there was a washing machine. It is, to be fair, mentioned in the description, I just overlooked it. But for the price you pay for this house, it might be good to have a washing machine for your guests. But overall, we would totally recommand!

Uma bela estadia, marcada pela amabilidade quer do Nuno, quer da Tânia, que foram sempre muito prestáveis durante toda a estadia, tendo sido a cereja no topo do bolo a possibilidade de check-out (bastante) tardio já ao final da tarde! Recomendo vivamente este alojamento não só pelo que mencionei anteriormente, mas também devido à qualidade da casa, à sua limpeza e ao seu conforto.
