Very quiet, ideal to rest, visit the nature park of Nature of Cabarceno, know the community of Cantabria, make cycle routes as there are several in their environment or, visit the golf courses (there are 11 courses in Cantabria) .

Casa rústica
Apartamento concebido num estilo de montanha/rústico, com todas as comodidades e características associadas, inclusive o chão do 1º andar que range e oscila ao caminhar. Enquadrado num ambiente rural permite usufruir de toda a envolvente, dentro e fora da própria casa, uma vez que os sons da rua se ouvem perfeitamente no seu interior, o que será uma mais valia, sobretudo para pessoas que apreciem o campo e a vida da aldeia, como por exemplo passar a noite a ouvir os cães a ladrar e a madrugada os galos a cantar. Tem um terraço precioso, mesmo ao lado de uma ribeira, ideal para fazer algumas refeições ou simplesmente apanhar ar puro, já que dentro de casa o cheiro a humidade é muito forte, contudo atenção às melgas, no verão incomodam bastante, mesmo com repelente de insetos. Proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, preocupados com o estado de saúde dos ocupantes, ao ponto de confirmarem que, após uma queda aparatosa nas escadas perigosas que ligam o 1º andar ao rés de chão, que foi o motivo da antecipação do fim das nossas férias, nos tínhamos deslocado efetivamente ao centro de saúde local. Contudo, e apesar do acidente, da relação do mesmo com o apartamento, de não se ter usufruído da totalidade da reserva e do facto de termos que voltar uma semana mais cedo para casa cobraram a totalidade da estadia, talvez não se tenham apercebido do transtorno causado.

Tenemos pendiente volver
Conseguimos reservar los únicos cuatro días disponibles. Tuvimos que retrasar la entrada un día por un problema de salud, y una vez llegamos al día siguiente ocurrió una desgracia y tuvimos que volver a casa. Opino sobre enclave que era espectacular, acceso prácticamente directo de la autovía y sobre todo la amabilidad de los dueños desde el primer contacto. Gerardo nos había preparado un tour de sitios mágicos donde ir y estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde el primer día de contacto. En cuanto podamos volveremos a hacer este viaje y por supuesto a casa de Gerardo y Paula.

Unas vacaciones inolvidables, tanto la casa como el sitio fenomenal, bueno y que decir de la pareja encantadora que te reciben nada más llegar, Paula y Gerardo, los dueños de la casa, un encanto, atentos en todo momento, . Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Cantabria. La ubicación perfecta para visitar toda Cantabria. La comunicación con los sitios de interés es excelente. Ubicada en un paraje de gran belleza te permite hacer rutas desde el propio alojamiento. La casa muy bien con todo lo necesario, limpieza, menaje, electrodomésticos.... Ampliamente recomendable tanto la casa como el trato recibido por sus anfitriones.

La casa se encuentra en una zona muy bien comunicada para todo. Los dueños Gerardo y Paula excelentes personas y un trato muy cercano. Recomendable para ir con niños. Si tuvieramos que repetir, lo hariamos.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in dieser Ferienunterkunft. Die Gastgeber Paula und Gerardo waren zu uns sehr herzlich & freundlich, trotz unserer Sprachbarrieren. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Kantabriens gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir waren überwältigt von der grünen Landschaft, den vielen Bergen, den tollen Ortschaften und den wunderschönen Badestränden am Atlantik. Absolut sehenswert! Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Gastgeber! Wir haben uns bei Euch wohlgefühlt.

Gerardo y Paula son dos personas Super amables y agradables.
La casa correcta, hemos sido cinco personas y hemos estado muy bien. Los propietarios al estar al lado de nosotros han podido ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Muy amables en todo momento. El lugar idóneo para pasar unos días de vacaciones, muchos lugares que visitar. Nosotros eramos dos adultos y tres niñas, y hemos pasado cinco días estupendos. Muchas gracias Paula y Gerardo.

Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus, dass sich gut für den Urlaub mit Kindern eignet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Ausflugsziele der Region lassen sich schnell erreichen.
