The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Outdoors you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.

Sole Di Vino - 3 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
