The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. This holiday home is a multi-unit property which is perfect for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that want to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, like the pool or garden, with the group. Each apartment is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

Sole Di Vino - 3 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
