Villa Fresia is located in island Vir which is connected to the mainland by bridge and
situated close to the beach called Jadro. Therefore, visitors can experience the typical atmosphere of the island, while at the same time can enjoy the mobility offered by a modern road network. It is ideal for those who do not want to use a car since restaurants, shops, beach, pretty much everything is within walking distance.
This pet friendly villa is divided on two apartments. In first apartment there are 2 bedrooms, toilette, living room and kitchen. In second apartment there are also 2 bedroom, toilette, living room and kitchen. Everything is decorated in traditional comfy way.
The enclosed outdoor area has a private pool with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The high walls ensure pleasant privacy and there is a convenient outdoor shower. The pool can be illuminated, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky. If you arrive by car then you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
Along the coast of Vir there are pebbly and sandy beaches partly situated near pine trees and surrounded by crystal clear sea waters, making this island a perfect place for a family holiday. Urlaub mit Hund 👍
Die Außenanlagen mit Pool , sehr schön. Ideal für uns mit 2 Hunden da das Gelände mit einer hohen Mauer bzw. einem Zaun umschlossen war. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns. Die obere Wohnung , sehr schön. Die untere Wohnung bedarf einiger Renovierungsarbeiten . Im Großen und Ganzen aber ok

Ein tolles Haus und ganz tolle Gastgeber
Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass das Haus über zwei separate Stockwerke mit eigenem Zugang verfügt. So konnten unsere jüngeren (aber doch schon selbständigen und freiheitsliebenden) Familienmitglieder ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen… und wir auch! Ein tolles Haus an toller Lage!

Ein rundrum gelungener, toller Urlaub 👍
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, die jeweils für
4 Personen ausgerichtet, sauber und gepflegt sind, ebenso wie der Pool. Es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen, welche sich über Handsender steuern lassen. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir mit 7 Personen genug Platz um dort gemeinsam zu sitzen. Leider waren die Fahrräder aus dem Inserat nicht vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man kann in wenigen Minuten den Strand, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation problemlos. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir hatten viel Spaß.

Sehr schöne Villa!
Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Nettes Willkommens-Getränk! Alles sauber und alles Nötige für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber sowie toller und gepflegter Pool! Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und Restaurants, allerdings muss für die Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten ein weiterer Weg in Kauf genommen werden. Anwesen ist besonders für Familien geeignet oder für Freunde mit mehreren Pärchen 😃👍🏻

Hatten guten Aufenthalt
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Tea war sehr gut. Leider konnte man sich aus Termingründen nicht persönlich kennen lernen, aber alles hat ganz wunderbar via Whats App funktioniert.
Der Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt und beim Auschecken dürften wir sogar noch bis zum Nachmittag im Haus bleiben da keine taggleiche Folgebuchung anlag.
Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, es handelt sich um 2 voneinander getrennte Wohnungen. Wir haben uns dann immer auf der Terasse zusammengefunden-genug Platz definitiv!
Leider ging die Poolbeleuchtung immer noch nicht, was den Spass jedoch nur minimal eingeschränkt hat.
Auf den Bildern sieht die Einrichtung zwar hochwertiger aus als vorgefunden, aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohngegend war sehr ruhig, kaum noch Tourismus ( Ende September/Anfang Oktober)leider hatten aufgrund dessen aber schon einige Restaurants geschlossen. Der Jetskiverleih hatte auch schon geschlossen, so dass man für Aktivitäten nach Zadar ausweichen musste. Sehr viele leerstehende und baufällige Gebäude in der Wohgegend.. .. Der Ort hat aber generell scheinbar nicht all zu viel zu bieten -auch keine typische Promenade zum abendlichen Bummeln. Diese Insel ist für Urlauber die es sehr ruhig mögen ideal.
Alles zusammen alles ok für unser verlängertes Wochenende , für den Haupturlaub im Sommer werden wir wohl wieder Die Region um Split wählen.

Nette Vermieter und schönes Feriendomiziel
Wir waren mit 10 Person für 7Tage in diesem Haus. Anfangs hatten wir die befürchtung das wir auf Betrüger gestoßen sind, da die angegeben adresse sich in der Hausnummer irrte. Doch nach anruf beim Hausbesitzer hat sich dieses schnell geklärt. Der Vermiter und seine Frau waren sehr höfflich und waren bei Fragen sehr hilffsbereit. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
In einer Wohnung über der Garage wohnte ein Mann. der täglich den Pool säuberte und ihn wieder mit Wasser füllte.
Somit war der Pool immer sauber und gepflegt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes roch das Wasser der Pool nicht nach Chlor.
Der Garten wurde vor unserer Ankunft gemäht und die Büsche zurechgescnitten. Da wir mit drei großen Autos und einem Anhänger ankammen. Schnitt man uns die Bäume zurecht, dass diese nicht den Lack der Autos zerkratzen.
Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr schön und der Strand, der in der nähe ist war uns etwas zu überfüllt. Wenn man etwas raus fährt gab es sehr schöne Strände zum Baden und Schnorcheln.
Einzige Mankos die wir gefunden haben.
-Für uns als Jugendgruppe waren nächtliche Badeaktionen nicht selten, dadurch fanden wir es Schade, dass die Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktioinierte,
-Desweiteren sind wir mit unseren Motorädern angereist und hofftem diese in sicher in der Garage unterzubringen. Doch diese wird eigentlich vom Besitzer genutzt, der nur einen drücker besitzt. Somit hat er uns diese zwar geöffnet wir konnten sie aber nur manuell runterschieben und nicht verschlißen.
