You have to park a couple blocks away. The whole “resort” is under renovations. It’s absolutely horrible! There was leftovers plates in our fridge and empty paper coffee cups on the balcony. The beds are atrocious. Sheets don’t even fit! I could go on…..

Our room had no trash can, no ice bucket, and no bedspread. The air conditioner had mold or mildew on the vents. It is going on the do not stay list. And there is no on site parking and they are under construction so it’s hard to get in and out of the main floor

Amazing hotel
Our stay was absolutely amazing just what we needed and the balconies were just the best for me. Such a beautiful view. I was skeptical because of previous reviews. Yes they have a little renovation but it was not at all in the way of our stay. The room was nice and clean. We woke up to the sunrise right in front of us without having to leave the room. We even had a little picnic on the balcony & watched the sunset. Book it! It’s worth every penny

It is run down. Does not look like pictures on line. Worst stay in 15 yaers. It should not even be in your inventory. Had to move tooms because of mold and paint smell.

I am not one to post negative reviews but I was very disappointed with my stay here. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes as the person running the front desk was outside smoking and left everything unattended. Parking is not on site which was a surprise to me (but I might have missed it being mentioned). My room was on the third floor which apparently is under construction. When I exited the elevator I was again surprised as the entire hallway area was currently under construction. The torn up floors in the elevator should have been an indicator. As I approached my room I thought the door was already open but it was just the giant 1.5-2" gap between the top of the door slab and the door jam. Inside the room I found a very minimal set up (which was fine) but it was very unclean. I was also surprised by the lack of any drape or curtain over the door to the balcony. This might be an acceptable housing option to the college crowd that just wants a place to pass out, but this is not a place I would recommend to anyone else.

The waterfront view was amazing. The girlfriend enjoyed it and it blew her mind like it was supposed to. Really excellent stay and the end room we had came with 2 balconies.

Give this hotel a year to finish renovating
The pros: the property is on the beach and the price was great. Within walking distance of the pier and lots of restaurants and shops. The cons: the price was great because there’s remodeling going on. There was furniture everywhere - in the parking lot, in the halls, etc. The room was half-finished, and the windows and door to the balcony were tinted but you could absolutely see into them at night. The hotel didn’t smell great! There is only one elevator so the stairwell was the next option, and that smelled like a sewer. The staff was friendly enough but the guy who checked us in looked like he hadn’t showered in days and he was wearing the same outfit (not a uniform!) every day that we saw him. We were grateful to have shelter and a view of the ocean but there is no way we would stay there again.

The property is definitely in maintenance, there were construction workers at the facility which isn’t bad or anything just makes it feel like the hotel isn’t inhabitable, makes things dusty and you feel like you’re at a hazardous environment. The room bed had SAND and they cut off the water for a whole hour, please do not have this hotel up for business when it’s clearly not ready. Had to go down stairs for a shower curtain because it was missing one and they have no laundry room. The parking is behind the Harvest restaurant. The positive thing about the hotel is the view and the staff is friendly.

Thie used to be a a super 8, and nothing with being a super 8 but the customer service was bad, and hotel itself was dirty and moldy and dead roaches, i have never ever been in a place that bad, lesson learn, that ill taje deeper look into anyother hitel. I wish i had a refund to go somewhere else. Expedia cuatomer service helped a bit. the receptionist was mad because i called expedia, but im the one who should have been. and checking out, nobody in front desk. they need to be report to health department

Is this property currently being renovated?? We needed one night to rest so we could keep driving - and this place was the first one under 100 we could find for just a few hours. You totally get what you pay for. The front desk gentleman, was a total sweet heart, but after the lobby, you enter another world… one right out of a horror movie! Old stained and dirty carpets, dead bugs in the hall, rusty metal lamps, doors and doorframes broken, holes in the drywall, poorly painted. It all honestly was like someone hired a crack head with ADHD to do all the cosmetic fixes and gave him a 2 dollar budget and empty promise… I legit checked to make sure there weren’t any cameras in the room, and no way for anyone to get into it while I was there. I think the dead roach I saw by the pool entrance died of shock! Sorry not sorry. Do not recommend.
