The spacious bedroom features a king bed, and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Linens, towels, and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided.

Winter Renovations Notice:
From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be in progress. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections.

Excellent location and view
Convenient , all that we needed was there, location, excellent view , love the boardwalk and the bike trail . Close to the First Landing State Park, we bike the trails in the park as well . Enjoy it !!

Really looked forward to this trip. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was outside smoking and was visibly frustrated that we interrupted her break. We came across numerous spiders and cockroaches in our room. Never received maid service when it was requested. There were other tenants staying there that were yelling and screaming throughout the day and night, waking my wife and me repeatedly. Other front desk workers were courteous however and did address the problems we had with the smoke detectors chirping.

The property was as presented online. It was simple, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the king size bed and nice linens and towels. My only complaint is that the best part of the unit is the ocean view out the big front window, but the window was filthy. I also think the double pane seal is broken so the window was cloudy. I know the building is not set up this way, but it also would be nice if there were the ability to open a window/door with screen for some fresh air. A nice stay though.
