This home does have a stairway to access the home. There is no elevator access.


ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking of any kind in the unit. For a early check in an additional fee of $60 will be applied per time of arrival. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that is not arranged with us. Parties or EVENTS are not allowed! We do have a camera on the door to see how many people are entering the unit. You will be required to leave without a refund and charged an additional $300 minimum. If you have more people at any given time then booked for you will be charged $35 per person or asked to leave. NO loud music, if noise violations are present you will be asked to leave with NO REFUND and charged an additional $500 minimum. For any additional trash left in the unit more than standard you will be charged a $75 fee minimum. In addition, Please hold on to keys as that’s your only way to get in and out of the building. Great property
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, its really bigger than it looks in the pics. The assistant keep in constant contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely would recommend this property!
