Our Ocean view room was simplistic but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pet-friendly paid $75 fee. Suggest better lighting in bathroom to do makeup and hair. Shower was amazing! Will visit again

This property and Orbitz refused to refund me due to a family medical emergency. If I could give a zero stars I would who cares about policies when life happens you have no control over it. I offered to provide medical documentation due to the severity and nothing. This is inhumane and disgusting on both parties to say the least. I will never use these people again.

The staff were so pleasant and I loved that this hotel was directly on the beach and was pet friendly!!!! It was such a beautiful and clean hotel. Would recommend to anyone going to Virginia Beach for a stay .
