It was noisy due to kids running up and down the hallway. You can see where wallpaper was was separated from the wall and the bathroom the toilet rolls holder you get ready to fall apart. And also the TV and trying to watch the channels keep getting interrupted as if no service

The hotel was a great value for being across the street from a public beach access. Smeeled wonderful! Had trouble with some channels on the tv not coming in, and a little trouble keeping the air conditioning on. Comfy. And nice outdoor pool.

Great hotel except for the bible
Not the fanciest but definitely a great stay. Clean and great location. My biggest complaint is there was a bible prominently displayed. It’s 2024, there should not be bibles hanging out in hotel rooms. Other than that, it was a pleasant trip.

On my way to the facility I expressed that we were having difficultiesb due to GPS. I was charged for the 15th but I wasn't able to check in to the 16th. I paid the protection plan offered and I want to be reimbursed for the night.

The check in process was the easiest for us. I'm almost 7 months pregnant and my daughter is healing from surgery. We stayed the weekend of the hurricane and for the amount we paid, truthfully, it was not worth it. Upon arrival, check in was seamless. We were put on the 3rd floor. The hotel has 6 floors. We had to walk to a separate building to get to the elevator. There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. Our room where we slept itself was clean, however, there was mildew on our bathroom walls (above the toilet paper, behind the door, etc). Sat night we had to call down to the front desk due to the noise of the people in the room next to us were drunk and screaming for hours when my daughter was trying to rest. They were banging on things and screaming at the top of their lungs. We were told that the front desk would contact them- however, their noise and screaming continued for another few hours. When we went to check out, we had to wait for 6 or 7 elevators to finally get downstairs. It was aggravating that we couldn't get downstairs. As far as convenience, it was extremely convenient if you are visiting the beach.
