The Space:
Maravillosa casa que aloja cómodamente a 12 huéspedes, contando con dos cocinas, varios salones, multiples zonas de exterior en convivencia con su conectado interior funcional, cinco habitaciones (la principal suit totalmente separada del resto de las cuatro de uso familiar o invitados), dos galerías y cuatro cuartos de baño.
Jardines y fuentes, multiples rincones emocionales, sendero directo e intimo al mar o calas o playas... y terrazas de descanso, de momentos de reuniones culinarios, almuerzos, desayunos o puestas de sol... o lectura...
Inmenso volumen de la planta principal, dando importancia a la vida social, al entorno de lectura, de charla o de vida en familia, separando dos plantas perfectamente definidas:
1) por encima de la planta principal,: zona alta privada de estudio, donde habita la suit principal y su luminosa y acristalada galería Sureste y en su extremo opuesto, una segunda, luminosa, y acristalada galería al Norte, dominando el horizonte del mar.
2) en la planta baja: cuatro generosas y luminosas habitaciones (tres dobles y una cuarta con cuatro literas), todas con acceso directo a jardín, vistas al mar, y compartiendo dos cuartos de baños completos y una completa cocina de servicio (la cocina principal se encuentra en la planta principal).

Combina con una practicidad conveniente, servicios de calidad en restauración, en cafeterias y servicios a lo largo de la playa de Area, que conecta hacia la Villa, con su puerto pesquero, con adicionales servicios de interés turístico.
Que decir de la Villa Histórica de Viveiro, cuna de varias etapas marcadas en alejados siglos, casco histórico de una Villa medieval. Emblemáticos edificios históricos, calles y vestigios culturales entre el siglo XII al XVII, queda rodeado por conventos, iglesias barrocas o románicas, un entorno que rezuma un ambiente de fuerte carácter mediego; Puente de la Misericordia, del siglo XV, Puerta de Carlos V, convento de San Francisco, la capilla de San Ildefonso, torre de las Campanas y la torre del Reloj, las capillas de San Gregorio y del Rosario, reliquias de los Santos Mártires, Convento de las Concepcionistas, la gruta de Lourdes, retablo del Santo Cristo del Amparo, etc...
