When checking in one clerk was serving someone I could hear a voice I can help you. Could not see anyone else so waited for other clerk to finish. Again we heard someone say I can help you so I began looking around and finally say the young lady setting there. I have to say didn’t see if in a wheel chair or not, but if not she could have stood up to greet a customer.

Really the staff are great! The room was meh..beds too soft but a place to lay my head. The couches are atrocious in the room..it seemed to have a broken frame and sunk down in the middle. Overall there was comfort in the rooms, location a little hard to get in and out from, excellent customer service though! Definitely would go back due to the service.
