Beds had plastic on them made sleeping hot and noisy! The inside of the house is very nice and updated but the outside needs some Love as does the yard!

Great Little House
This is a great location if you want to be near the BASE Events Center or Lake Waco, both only ten minutes away. The interior looked as though it had been recently redone and was very nice and cozy. The king size beds were nice and the large couch was cool to relax and watch a movie. Open kitchen with modern appliances and ample space made it easy to prepare a couple of meals during our stay. It is apparent a lot of care to make the interior of the home inviting, a small amount of time could I be taken to remove the fallen tree limbs from the nice large trees that are on the property. I would recommend this property for whatever your reason to be in Waco. The price is right for a nice little home that was way better than a hotel.

My daughter and I came to spend the weekend in Waco. We chose this house based on the pictures online. The inside was super clean, lovely renovation, and very comfortable. The outside was very overgrown in the front and back. The trash sack was in the flower bed by the front door. When we drove up, we didn’t know if we wanted to stay. However, the inside was so amazing we wanted to be there. The neighborhood and nighttime noise and activities are challenging and somewhat concerning to two women staying in a strange place.

Great place to stay
The property was just as the pictures showed. It was very clean and well kept. The house is in a residential neighborhood next to a park so there is a little bit of traffic. Loved the hot tub. Excellent property will stay again.

Clean house, unsafe neighborhood
House was great but we only stayed one night due to not feeling safe in neighborhood. Woke up to horrific screaming at 3:45 am in park across street. Something to consider if bringing your family.

Great kitchen, had all the plates and everything we needed. Beds were nice and comfy. There's a plastic thing under it, but it didn't bother me. Hot tub was brilliant. So relaxing. We didn't use the TV, but it was big and new looking. The house was nice and clean when we got there. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was just what my friends and I were looking for when needing a place to stay on a Saturday night. We spent the day in town and finished the day watching tv on the nice tv inside as well as chilling in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend staying at this house for a short weekend in Waco with some friends.

The property is in a fair part of town---across from a park (which was always crowded and loud late into the night). The worst part was the plastic sheets under the regular sheets. They made you sweat and crunched with every move. Someone visited the house (eerie) when we left for the day because the hot tub was open and running. Informed the owner who was willing to put up cameras after the fact. Overall a nice, modest house. No outdoor furniture to use to enjoy the weather outside. There were only white bath towels and nothing to use for the hot tub--so we had to buy towels for that. The hot tub was a plus.

This little house was perfect for me and my husband for our Waco anniversary getaway. Super neat and clean and the hot tub was very nice. If I had a suggestion, I would add a tv to the bedrooms but other than that it was perfect.

Excellent little house for the price. Would have given 5 stars but the the hot water would get luke warm at best. The place was really clean and the jacuzzi was nice. Wifi worked great and would definitely stay again if back in Waco.

Never Again...EVER!
- Appeared somewhat worn outside but cute inside, reasonable. - Communication with owner was hit and miss, i.e., it's available, inquire, it's not available; access info will be posted at 8AM day of checkin, posted at 9:30 AM, irritating. - Owner requiring renter to either purchase a damage insurance policy or put down a large damage retainer, returnable at their discretion was pretty irritating! - Late afternoon drive into the neighborhood was eye opening, What did we do, rough, should we find a hotel for the evening? decided nah...good money after bad, so we stayed. - No instructions for visitors on how to operate the TV and streaming options, never could find local stations or current network programming, really irritating. Yet, they had crudely done evacuation route maps everywhere. - Heavy plastic wrap on the mattresses was a nice touch. - Loud vehicles, with even louder sound systems (subwoofers) constantly prowling neighborhood most of the night. - Fire works intermingled with what we're pretty sure was gunfire being set off in the neighborhood from shortly after dark until just after 5:30AM! They did take a break for an hour or so around 3AM, must have gotten cold. - After the fun had been going on for a bit, did some more thorough checking and determined that the neighborhood is one of Waco's highest crime areas. Might not have minded in my 20's or 30's but at 70...NO! - After getting maybe 2 hours of fit-full sleep each, we got up, brushed our teeth, made some coffee and left, relieved nothing bad had happened. Didn't even shower! - High point of the stay was driving away. NEVER to return.
