This luxury holiday home has a unique location and is quietly situated on park "de Wielerbaan".
The holiday home is suitable for max. 5 people and is ideal for those seeking tranquility, hikers and cyclists, but there is also plenty to do for children, for example there is a heated indoor swimming pool and a summer program for the children. In the immediate vicinity you can find many amusement parks, zoos, museums, castles and entertainment venues (folder with folder theme parks, cycling and walking routes available).
Very close is the Campus of Wageningen University, the nearest building is 800 meters away from the house!

Interior

Living room
The living room is cozy and has modern (new since March 2018!) furniture for at least 6 people. There is a large flat screen color TV with around 20 channels. A DvD player is at your disposal. There is a high chair for baby / toddlers.

Kitchen
The open-plan fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher, extractor hood, gas cooker, combi magnetron and refrigerator with freezer. There is also a toaster and toaster iron. The kitchen is also equipped with a normal coffee maker, Senseo and kettle.

Bedrooms
The holiday home has two bedrooms, one of 6. 5 m² and one of 5. 2 m². Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and bedroom 2 with a single bed and bunk bed with two single beds. Possibly a baby / toddler can sleep in a camping bed, which is available.

Shower / toilet
The shower room has a toilet basin, a shower cubicle and toilet.

Exterior
Garden
The holiday home is situated on 275 m² of land, plenty of space for recreation. The garden is modern with a driveway for your car (private parking), a terrace, shed and pond (secured for small children). The site is completely fenced.

Terrace
The terrace has a luxurious lounge-set, (relaxing on the couch on the terrace), parasol and sun loungers, which you can use on the lawn for sunbathing.

Shed
In the barn you can rent your (possibly rented) bikes. The shed is also used as storage for lawn mower and other garden supplies.

Extra tent
If you wish, an additional tent can be placed on the site for any "unexpected sleepers" or if your children want to stay in a tent. Please consult a fee.
