From the villa, you will find beautiful walking paths which will lead you around the lake, to the Warche valley and to the castle of Reinhardstein. The layout of the home is varied: a large bar with billiards and knickers overlooks the outdoor barbecue area. Beautiful hiking trails start next to the villa around Lake Robertville (80 m), to the Warche Valley and Reinhardstein Castle. The area is also ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski lift and cross-country skiing facilities are just 3 km from the house. There is a cinema with an HDMI projector and a Dolby surround system, and the kitchen offers you a superb view of the large 3500 m garden with two levels, connected by a safety staircase. Rental to groups of young people is prohibited. Notably, this is an exclusively non-smoking house.
