Our guests step in the door and fall in love with the warmth and spirited charm of our own Casa Cavatappi ('Corkscrew House' in Italian), a restored 1922 Craftsman house in an established residential neighborhood and furnished as lovingly as a permanent residence, within walking distance of downtown Walla Walla and Whitman College. Accommodates up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms (3 with queen size beds and 1 with two twins), plus two single size sofa beds and a trundle bed. Has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. With a bedroom and bath on the main floor, the house is a cozy retreat for 2 people. For a larger group's enjoyment spaces are designed for socializing and group activities as well as for finding quiet private time. A large TV/activities room is located downstairs, separate from main floor. A fully equipped kitchen that serves for daily family meals or gourmet dining. A lending pantry of basic cooking ingredients. A dining table that expands to serve up to 10 and two kitchen bars with stools for informal meals or conversation.
