Failed to put the customers first
I was not able to make my reservation due to an unforeseen bout with COVID. I had purchased trip insurance and attempted to cancel in the website but it cancelled my trip insurance instead! I tried to contact Hotels.com and the hotel directly to no avail. Each giving me excuses and each telling me to contact the other.

What I didn’t like is the only reason we were staying there was we could be near our daughter and niece who flown in from different states. We paid over a lot for one night. I called and they said they would put us next to our daughter and we were a long way aways.

They have a small area with various sodas, chips and such. It is Highly overpriced. $4.65 for a root beer. I will bring my own next time. Kiara is an outstanding bar tender.
