Been wanting to try this place on past trips but they were always booked. Happy to finally have gotten to stay at The Finch as all of the positive reviews have it right. Cool place,and so convenient to restaurants and shopping on Main Street. We'll be back.

The Finch is a nice property just in downtown Walla Walla. I enjoyed my stay there. The only issue I had was cleanliness. When I arrived there was a long hair in the shower. There were also stains on the carpet near the TV.

I will definitely stay at The Finch next time I come to Walla Walla. The property is beautiful, and I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk to so much of what downtown Walla Walla has to offer. Plus, I love the mid-century design and being greeted with I a glass of wine upon check-in.

We locked our bikes up on the property and had many things (including seats!) stolen off them. If it's not safe to lock up bikes, then there should be a sign. The staff was not overly friendly; felt like we were an imposition.

During the check-in 8/3 early afternoon (around 130-2p), the front desk person was not quite attentive. Also asking $1 to pay (not a deposit?) via credit card, which I find weird because I specifically asked if it was a deposit but his answer was no.
