Cozy Family-friendly Log Cabin With 25ft Interior Fireplace + Modern Amenities.

Cozy log home - about 2300 sq ft - on 2 acres with front and rear decks has living/dining areas on the first floor (radiant heat) with large fireplace, a master bedroom suite with queen bed & 2 person INDOOR jetted jacuzzi (NO outdoor hot tub), plus a second bath with shower. The kitchen has all modern appliances/amenities with a large dining table that is adjacent to a sun-room that also contains a gas log stove with an additional table & chairs. [High speed wireless access & VTel cable TV on both floors.] The second floor has a large loft with cathedral ceiling, couches & queen futon & tv. Adjacent are 2 additional bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, each with queen bed & one shared bath with 5 ft long shower. The exterior contains a 2-car garage with loft. An exterior fire pit with outdoor table/chairs and propane gas grill adds to a relaxing summer/fall evening.
Absorb a stunning view of the Milky Way as you stargaze during any season, take a walk to a nearby working farm, or a hike up to Tinmouth Mountain Cabin.

Booked this terrific log cabin for its closeness to Slate Valley Trails for our annual Memorial Day Weekend mountain bike getaway. Terrific location, quiet spot on a gravel road with woods and farmlands. Great kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Very comfortable! So quiet at night, all we heard were a pair of barred owls calling to each other. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this property! To call it a cabin is an understatement. This was like a log mansion. Absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. It had everything I could think of that would be needed for a quiet, peaceful, yes even romantic getaway. This may just become my annual escape from everything place!

We used this as our home base to go to the Calvin Coolidge center and to the Vermont country store and do some hiking. The ambience was awesome. Inside, particularly in the evening with the fire going and the lights on, it was really nice. Outside there's hills and farmland, you're kind of out by yourself except for the neighbor. One night we just lay down on the grass and looked at the Milky Way. I would definitely rent this again.

My family and I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The peaceful and calming atmosphere, along with exceptional cleanliness and comfort, made our visit truly wonderful. The cozy home was well-equipped with outstanding amenities and provided a safe and comfortable environment. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forest were simply stunning. We spent most of our time outside, cooking and gathering around the bonfire, giving the children endless enjoyment. Indoors, we enjoyed the spacious contemporary kitchen and the warmth of the welcoming fire in the living room during quality family time. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and even the teens had a great time finding spots to be in their laptops and the adults playing board games. With a great WiFi connection and Amazon Alexa, we had everything we needed to stay entertained. Angelo, Debbie, and Al were exceptional hosts, always responsible and friendly. Thanks to them, we had an amazing Vermont experience and we can't wait to do it again.

An incredible house in the middle of VT, surrounded by woods and farmland. As peaceful a vacation spot as you could ask for, with all the amenities in a home you could hope for. We were looking to get away and relax, and this was just what we needed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to unwind for a few days or longer.

A perfect ski cabin retreat in the woods of VT
Our group planned to ski Friday during the day, then check in to our property later that afternoon. We were skeptical when we veered off the paved roads and onto some icy dirt/gravel roads, but when we arrived and walked in the doors of this place we were all blown away. The cabin was even more beautiful in person and we were thrilled to find all of our accommodations ready for us. The property manager/owner was always quick to respond to my messages. Overall this place was fantastic.

Amazing weekend with a big group at this lovely cabin!
Stayed at this cabin with my extended family of 10 and we had such a wonderful time! The snow outside and fireplace inside made the cabin nice and cozy! The location is a good balance of remote but close enough to places like Killington and Woodstock if you'd like to do a day trip to ski. Angelo was very helpful and thorough with directions and where to find things around the house. The property is well-stocked with everything you might need for your trip. Would definitely recommend booking this place for a fun time with a big group!

I stayed here with a group of 6 friends and it was perfect. Tons of space for everyone to hang or sleep, and plenty of common areas inside and out for everyone to mingle. The house is in great shape, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great spot!
