The villa is a warm, welcoming space, filled with modern facilities and situated in beautiful park like grounds with mountain views. Sun & light floods into the villa and there is plenty of space on either of the 2 entertainment decks where you can enjoy one of our Central Otago beautifully crafted wines.
The bedrooms are spacious; The main bedroom (with ensuite) has a king bed and the second bedroom, also upstairs has 2 x king single beds. Downstairs has a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 x king single beds. Each room has its own thermostat heater.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. And there is third separate powder room for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped along with modern comforts of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cook top and electric oven. Wanaka township & the lake is a short 5 minute drive away. If hiking or biking is your thing then your in for a treat as you have direct access to trails, lake rides and a variety of walks or you may enjoy wine trails and tastings....either way you wont be short on things to do and see in beautiful Wanaka.

You will have access to the entire property and off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
We leave guests alone during their stay but are on hand if required. I live locally and am only a stone's throw away.
Wanaka township sits on the edge of the glacier feed waters of pristine Lake Wanaka with the stunning back drop of the majestic Southern Alps. You wont be short of breath taking beauty everywhere you look in the Central Lakes Region and Wanaka's Heritage Park Villas are no exception. A group of alpine villas make up Heritage Park and the grounds add space and beauty to the villas. Set amongst established trees, golf like mowed lawns and beautiful gardens you get a sense of peace and space throughout the grounds. Wanaka Heritage Park offers a recreation center offering a small gym and work out room with a tennis court also.
Enter Wanaka on Hwy 84, turn left into Riverbank Rd, right into Orchard Rd and right onto Mt View Dr. Take the first right and follow this road around to Villa 18.
PLEASE NOTE - while we do allow infants to stay, we do not have cots to provide, nor are there fire guards or stair guards. We are 1.15 hours drive over NZ highest alpine pass the Crown Range from Queenstown and the airport. YOu can also drive to Wanaka via Cromwell which takes 1.5 hours from Queenstowns airport. Wanaka does not have a public transport system so you will most likely need a vehicle to get around in. Biking is a very popular way to see Wanaka and walking is an easy option also. We do have taxi's and most adventure activities provide pick up/drop off transport either door to door or from their depot in Wanaka.

There are to be no extra guests over and above what you have booked for, no caravans, motor homes, freedom vans or tents on the property. The property grounds are to be kept tidy also please. Following these rules will ensure your security bond is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
