3 bedroom accommodation in Waren (Müritz)

The 15 m long and 5 m wide houseboat offers unique overnight accommodation for up to 9 people directly on the Müritz in the marina of the MareMüritz holiday resort. The former passenger ship is located at the end of the jetty and is no longer navigable. It was completely rebuilt in 2020 and equipped to a high standard. There is a living area (upholstered dining area, flat-screen TV, stereo system), an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 3 berths (1 x 2 bunk beds). 1 x 1 bunk bed, 1 x 1 bunk bed + single bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC. Sun loungers and garden furniture are available on the large sun deck. It extends over the entire length of the boat and therefore offers plenty of space for pure relaxation on the water. Please note that the awnings can only be extended when there is absolutely no wind. The accommodation is heated by central heating. A high chair is available for small children. WLAN (limited) is also available. The total price includes final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them on site. Parking for 1 car directly at the marina 10 EUR/night, further parking spaces are within 500 m walking distance (7 EUR/night). A 15 hp motorboat is available for one day per stay for max. 6 people. Available free of charge (depending on availability, please indicate your intention to rent when booking). Thereafter 189.00 EUR/day, from the 2nd day 10% discount on the daily price. The motorboat is only available for 1 day between 10 am and 5 pm, deposit 150 EUR. As a guest of the climatic health resort Waren (Müritz) a visitor's tax applies (payable on site).

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
