Welcome to the newest ski-in/ski-out building at Sugarbush! You'll be only 50 feet from Ski trail. The ski trail is named Out To Lunch and it is an easy trail for beginners. Enjoy a mountain condo with comfortable features at every turn, starting with a gas fireplace with plenty of room around it. Store your gear from the day's activities in the available lockers. The private balcony offers a wide view of the surrounding area and the shared, seasonal pool (which guests can enjoy access to during their stay). The full kitchen features full-size appliances, and there's plenty of tools on hand to help you cook up anything you're craving. Younger guests will love relaxing in the loft bunk room, which features extra seating and a full bathroom so everyone can enjoy their own space. Prepare for true mountain fun at a condo that pays tribute to classic rustic cabins! Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to a community heated pool.

*Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC) is located 0.4 miles from the condo. It's owned by the resort and available to all guests. Day fees apply, but the facilities are extensive. It includes entertaining activities and amenities, from indoor pools and hot tubs to yoga and other fitness programs, weight room, sauna, and much more. Discounts are available. Open year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
