We are trying to get back going on VRBO - new & improved duplex. This is a cozy and reliable brick duplex featuring nice furniture and a safe space for you and your family to enjoy while spending time in the area. This is not a vacation destination; this is not a super one-of-a-kind rental, this is an affordable option for your family outside of a hotel. THIS is not the Marriott - please keep that in mind when booking and rating, it's supposed to be an affordable option for multiple people. Please be kind.

You will find a large sectional + television in the family room, which adjoins the kitchen where there is a 3 person dining table, coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator/freezer and range + microwave.

There is a queen primary bedroom attached to a bathroom with a step in shower. There is another bedroom with a full bed. The third bedroom has a bunkbed. The second full bathroom has a tub+shower combo.

Garage is not accessible.

There is a concrete patio for sitting, overlooking a greenbelt.

Had a great stay!
The only thing I would say negative is that the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Other than that, the house was quaint, clean and just what we needed for our stay

Warrensburg gem
Our stay was hassle free, management provided all that was needed and expected by us to access the property, during our stay, and for checking out. Place was clean, safe, and has enough room to bring an entire family or group of friends. In addition to the lower cost over the chain hotels it offered more privacy to come and go as we wished while supporting local owners and the economy. Place had internet we used for work and for entertainment without any issues. Kitchen was stock with everything needed to cook all our meals saving us on the cost of eating out each time. Would suggest this place to anyone that wants a great place to stay while in Warrensburg for work, fun, or for any reason. I will book this place anytime I am in the area. 5 star place, management, and amenities. Book today before it is gone!

Light on a quality stay
We had to hunt down the local phone number for the host to get the acess code after our check-in time. The beds felt fake, incredibly uncomfortable. The heat was not accessible to the desired setting. It was cold at times. No bath hand towels, soap to bathe, nor hair dryers. The pots and pans were in the dishwasher. We found them when cleaning up. Only 1 trash can for the unit. Limited amenities that did not match a basic hotel room suite. Good access to Hwy 50. The unit was clean. The internet worked very well.
