Our pool is heated from Memorial day to Labor day. after that it is 100 dollars a night to have the heater turned on. if the nightly temps are below 45 the heater can not be turned up to 80

It was awesome. Everything we needed was met. We had a beautiful view of the Schroon River. We took full advantage of using it with our fishing poles and paddle boards and the homes cayaks and canoe. The pool and hot tub were an extra. Not to mention the volleyball court. The house was spacious. Enough room to all of us all the amenities were there we Loved it

Gorgeous Property
What an amazing property! The house, the pool, the river access, the host. We could not ask for anything more. The host was very attentive to us and responded to questions very quickly, she even started to text me because it was a quicker response. Sent us info about a jamboree that was going on right down the street. I asked about a waffle maker and they didn’t have one so she order is one and we had it by Saturday. Lots of room for everyone and something to do for everyone. Already planning our next trip!

Perfect for Large Group
Our family of 13 had an absolutely GREAT time while staying at this house! It provided everything we needed...plenty of space, seating, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and more. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, game room, and fishing in the river. The location was perfect for us, and while we didn't even need to leave the house to have fun, we were close to every place we wanted to visit. The host, Tori, was the BEST! She responded so quickly to my questions and made sure everything was just as it should be. We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family of 16 with 6 kids 7 and under stayed here for the week. We had a blast and it was the perfect house to fit us all. The pool was fantastic and kayaking the river was super fun as well. The house was very clean and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just a short drive to everything. Having the heated pool was great, the weather was a little chilly but the kids all got to enjoy the pool still. River access to fishing on the property. Owners were very attentive and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and gave us suggestions on things to do.

We stayed at Victoria's house with a group of friends for a bachelor/bachelorette party. The house is everything and more. Even better than the pictures. House is FULLY equipped, beds are comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, beach volleyball, and kayaks are just an extra bonus. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for a group of friends that are visiting the Lake George area. Communication with the host was wonderful too.

Perfect Home for a Large Group
We brought 15 - 8th grade students and 2 adult chaperones for four days to Lake George. This was a perfect home to stay at with the pool, game room, river activities, and so close to Lake George. The home is perfect. Plenty of room, all the comforts of home, and everything you would need. Our host thought of everything! I look forward to visiting again and staying at our own "Mini Resort." Amazing House Near Lake George
So many good things to say about my stay at this amazing house! The property itself is beautiful and the house was amazing. We had so much fun kayaking right from the back yard, cooling off in the (warm) salt water pool, and relaxing in the hot tub which was great to have after golf / a long day on the lake... The location of the house is perfect and just a few minutes away from everything we needed; Golf Course, access to Lake George, food, groceries, you name it... Last (but certainly not least), some of the best property owners I've had the pleasure of working with. Responded almost immediately to the few questions I had during my stay, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me recover a personal item that was left behind... All in all,10/10 across the board. Perfect house for large groups which I hope to use again in the future!

The house was beautiful, clean & had tons of room for the 13 of us. Made a great home base for our party to ski for a few days. This is the 2nd year we stayed with this host Victoria Baird, she is great to deal with & her properties are great. We will be back in 2025!!!

Amazing Ski Trip Stay
Overall, our experience was great and memorable. The home is spacious and filled with many amenities. The small added complimentary items in the bathroom and rooms made the world of difference. Close proximity to Gore Mountain which made the day trips there a breeze. We had a small issue with the showers, but the host was very quick to address the situation and find a solution. We would highly recommend this home and we look forward to our next stay!!

Spacious house and great location on the river
We stayed with 19 people. The house was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more than enough towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and the check in and check out process were very easy. 12 min from all things Lake George. If they had availability in the summer we would book again. Great stay and would recommend

Beautiful house
We stayed at this house for a long weekend. Even though there were about 17 of us, it never felt cramped. The very large couch in the family room combined with the kitchen seating area right there, we were able to frequently be in the same room without issue. Having the basement family room and the upstairs game room was a great way for people to spread out as well. The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen fit our large group with all of the available seating. Nice touches included having toiletries in each bathroom for use. Tori was very accessible and responsive. She had some extra firelogs dropped off for us on the first day. She also had the parking lot salted and cleared while we were there. The house is right within a neighborhood, but most of the rooms face out back towards the river, so you don't really notice when inside. We would definately recommend this house! We were pleasanlty surprised how well it fit all of us!

We had our family Christmas (16 ppl and 3 dogs) One of the most well stocked kitchens at a VRBO that i have seen in my 8 years of booking properties. Very clean, and when we arrived the living already had a 10ft Christmas tree decorated and lit waiting for us!. A wonderful surprise for us! Loved the little details like the retractable stair gates (kept the dogs where we wanted them!), large towel rack by the downstairs back door access to the hot tub, and the noise canceling devices in each bedroom. Good size of the home allowed for everyone to comforably and quietly nap whenever the desire struck. Victoria was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend this property.

Great location, exceptional large family home
4 siblings with children ranging from 3-14 enjoyed weekend in this beautiful new river-side Adirondack home. Spacious kitchen with double ovens and all the necessary cooking utensils. Bunk bed game room over double garage was great youth space and hot tub and fire pit was enjoyed by all. Central location to enjoy skiing and Lake George winter light shows. Check-in/checkout couldn't be more accommodating.

Great House For Multiple Families
We were 22 people in the house , 5 families with kids from 8-13. The house never felt crowded and was very spacious. The outside deck and view was relaxing and appealing. The host was very communicative and everything you might need in a kitchen was supplied. Would stay again
