Welcome to our beautiful holiday house located in the lovely town of Lowton! Our spacious home is perfect for families, groups of friends or contractors working in the area looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
The house features 4 bedrooms, each with comfortable beds (5 single beds and 1 double bed) with linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower cubicles, wash basins and WCs.
The 21’ kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals. including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a breakfast table and an additional slightly larger dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. It features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light filtering through so it feels light and airy.
Although located in a quiet, residential area it is only a short distance from the East Lancashire Road (A580) offering easy access to major roads and motorways.
There is an enclosed rear yard, driveway parking for one vehicle, whilst a second vehicle may be parked directly in front of the house. It comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including linen and towels, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. The local area is also home to a number of parks and nature reserves including Pennington Flash, perfect for hiking and outdoor activities. We hope you enjoy your stay.
