Hotel is directly alongside Park so perfect for those with children visiting. We had other plans returning late and were dependant on a night watchman to let us in, albeit there was someone there and got in ok. Designated hotel car park is not big enough so we ended up parking in main park area which wasnā€™t a problem as winter but not so sure in summer. Served a purpose and for what we paid would use again.

A reasonable hotel with clean facilities, though the rooms are a little dated. The food was pretty average and the choices were limited. Breakfast was overpriced for the very low quality food.

Was generally a very pleasant stay. But we only ate in the restaurant once as the burger I had was pretty terrible, and wasnā€™t prepared to pay for anything else.

Stayed in what is in effect a glorified shed although reasonably well done. Poor quality furniture and thin mattress in my opinion. Generally clean but some maintenance issues. Very noisy outside with older kids shouting and running about until very late at night. One of our party suffered bites all over them from the sofa bed which only surfaced badly after checkout. Sent email of complaint no acknowledgment or contact from the hotel whatsoever. I wouldnā€™t stay again.

We had originally booked to stay in the Dino den, upon arrival the pod was brilliant and just what we wanted, but later in the evening when we lifted the bed for our toddler to run around. Oh my gosh. The dirt was overwhelming, it looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned in months and months ! And with a 1 year old, a dirty floor was a no go. We opened the windows when we got there because it felt w bit musty but put it down to the muggy air, when we inspected a bit more, the dirt didnā€™t just stop under the pull down bed, it was all over. It was awful. So we went to reception where 2 people were there and they was amazing in helping us, they moved us into the hotel, even showing us the room before we agreed to move. And insured us weā€™d be able to find help during the night to warm baby bottles etc. It wasnā€™t ideal moving at 8pm in the rain with a 1 year old but needs must. Everything else about the stay was fabā€¦ but if youā€™re looking to get away here in the podsā€¦ check the cleanliness before you commit. Thank you to the 2 reception staff for helping us that evening 5 stars for you both, but an easy 1 for the Dino pod cleanliness.

Strongly recommend the theme park not hotel
A terrible outdated place with penny pinchers in charge. Be prepared to wash your hands with fitted dispensers in the bathtub or shower. This is terrible imagine you go for a shower and used the same dispenser with hundreds of dirty hands have touched. The do not give fans to customers due to mangers making a decision that they get broken. They will be happy to upgrade your room for a charge. Highly recommend visiting the theme park. I would not recommend staying there there is no air con and if it works you will be showering with a mixer tap as a shower.
