My First Time Was Great
Not only was it my first time staying at this hotel, it was also my first time visiting Warwick, NY. It was a short business trip, and the management of this hotel provided me with truly exceptional customer service. I had had a problem accessing the TV channels, and the manager replaced the cable box very quickly, in spite of constantly being called, on both the hotel and his smartphone, he took care of the problem much faster than expected.

Extremely "plain wrap" facility. No bed cover. Just blanket and sheets. No closets, old furnishings. Price was ok. Only motel in town so no choice or i would have stayed elsewhere.

Cozy, no frills, just right for a night!
Very friendly staff and family, location could not be beat. They were kind to us despite our very late arrival, and the room was warm and cozy. Included a fridge and microwave, which was an added bonus!

The staff was friendly, there was free wi-fi, beds were big (double), bathroom was clean. No food available on site, and could not confirm if a nearby restaurant was in operation. The room had a microwave oven, which was extremely convenient!

You get what you pay for! They upgraded our room, which we really loved and appreciated! The staff was so friendly :) I will say there was some obnoxious kids keeping us up at night but it was out of the Inn’s control and we didn’t want to make it a big issue. Overall, very grateful they upgraded us and it was perfect for a quick wedding weekend!

The bathroom had filthy corners on the wall. The wires on the tv and cable box were a bundle hanging on the wall, I had to trace them because they weren't plugged in properly. The room phone didn't work. Around midnight, neighboring rooms were banging on the walls and running between rooms, making a disturbance. I called the office (on my cell) to ask that they resolve the issue. Their answer was "They are customers, what do you want us to do? You (I) are welcome to speak to them directly, ask them to stop". Only when I threatened to call the police, they intervened, calling the room. The noise then stopped. Warwick is a beautiful, upscale town, this motel is no where up to those standards. Dont let the location fool you!!!
