I do not recommend staying at this property. We arrived to dirty and disgusting sheets and bathrooms were also not cleaned properly. I do not recommend this unit.

Positives: Proximity to DC attractions and Reagan Nat’l, Whole Foods less than 10 mins away, apartment space, kitchen, washer and dryer. What I don’t like? COCKROACHES! 3 of them. Plus 2 other insects which may or may not be baby cockroaches. Lack of silverware. And one louvre of the bedroom blinds was missing, there are no curtains so there was a gap. Not good for non early morning risers. Poor signage in the parking garage. Tip: Make sure tour bring your own lotion and hair conditioner cause they provide only bar soaps and shampoo. Towels are provided though.

This is the first time we stay in apartment style place in Washington DC, the place is very quiet and the most important is they have secured parking garage. This place is clean and comfortable, it meets what we wanted for our family trip. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit
