This should not be legal

Apart from this, there was no heating in the room and there was a combined heating and air conditioning unit that did not work and only made the room colder.

It's cool but not great

It's clean as it gets for a $65-$80 hotel but the service sucks power goes out and some heaters don't work so I won't recommend it for winter. But overall it's a nights stay if that

Toilet didn't work, no towels, tv didn't work, fridge didn't work and stunk! Desk clerk left the office for over a half an hour and claimed he never left. Freaking lied! The only thing in the room was a used roll of toilet paper! No refund given and locked me out of the room! Aal this in 35 minutes!

It’s a roof and 4 walls… nothing more nothing less. Couldn’t sleep there. Heat did not work. Front desk hours are NOT 12-9. And you have to call hotels.com customer service to get the secret number so the guy can come out and check you in.

They never open the door, I had to look at 11:00pm night for other place to sleep and on top of that this app Hotels.com can’t do anything because suddenly a policy appear that the check in time was 9:00pm.
