Great space in a great location
This property fit our family of 5 very well. The location was wonderful for exploring DC - close enough to walk to many things and convenient to all the public transport options. We were able to find close parking and the door keypad entry was easy to use. The house had nice kitchen and bathroom amenities and even provided laundry detergent. The bedrooms and common spaces were comfortable. The electronic guidebook was helpful.

Great location, great house, and a great host!
Even before booking, Andrew was incredibly helpful. Upon booking, he sent me a travel guide with all the pertinent information about the house, transportation, tourist spots, restaurants/bars, and activities going on in the area. I was really impressed -- I've never received anything like that before. My parents arrived a day before me and they are incredibly hard to please. They FaceTimed me to show me that the house was even better than the pictures on the Vrbo listing! So yes, it was a beautiful, quaint home. It's in a beautiful, quiet area that is within walking distance of many restaurants. (I highly, highly recommend Ethiopic and Sidamo Coffe!) It's also a ~25-minute walk or short metro ride to the National Mall. Overall, it was an incredible stay and Andrew was an incredible host. I would definitely recommend booking with him.

Beautiful house close to everything! Very clean, perfect for our family with 2 teenaged boys. Great Italian restaurant within walking distance of house. Union station is a 10 minute walk. Owner’s guidebook was excellent!!! We will definitely stay here again! Nothing negative to say about this rental- we LOVED it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is near all. The neighborhood is so quaint, friendly and clean! The house was spacious, set up perfectly and had all the amenities you’d need. The owner was fantastic to deal with. The outdoor space for me is very important—really private courtyard with lounge seating area. Can’t wait to come back!!!! Have already recommended this prop to fam and friends!

Excellent Home in Excellent Location
Our experience staying at this wonderful location was everything we hoped it would be. The rental is located minutes walk from the Supreme Court, Capitol Building, and Union Station. A few small markets are within walking distance and the neighborhood is beautiful. The home itself is well appointed and set up for spending at least some time at the home relaxing. It was everythibg we wanted and we will definitely have this on our list of places to stay when we return to DC. Highly recommended!

Due to COVID my son’s DC trip was canceled so we decided to go ourselves so he and his friend could still see some of the amazing sites. The home was in a great location and infact we loved walking to many places. If we took a uber they were very affordable also. Host was very responsive to any question we had!

We rated this property 5 stars. If they offered 10 stars we would have rated it10 stars. First, we need to give kudos to the host, Andrew. He was super helpful, very professional. He always answered our questions, he got back to us immediately and he even gave us information about DC and about the house that we didn't realize we needed to know...all so helpful. He has this house stocked with everything you could possibly need. He thought of everything to make sure his guests were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked, spices, coffee, aluminum foil, olive oil, etc. etc. All the beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water when taking showers. The backyard patio was so quaint and adorable. The digital guidebook was a godsend. It explained every single thing we needed to know from arrival to departure. Priceless. The location CANNOT be beat. So many places within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this home.

GREAT location and experience at this home. The place was just as advertised, plus nice extras like coffee, spices, etc. Would stay again! The only non five star rating is cleanliness - because some detail cleaning was missed before we arrived, and that is an easy fix in my opinion.

Christmas in DC
We stayed at Andrew’s place while visiting our family in DC. The location is perfect and a short walk to all the DC sights. The home is clean, nicely decorated, updated, and well stocked. Another plus is parking is included! Since we were visiting over a holiday we were looking for a spot with excellent location and well stocked kitchen so we could cook a family Christmas dinner. We visit DC often and will look to stay here again! Thank you Andrew for providing such a great home!

Dc family vacation
Our trip was great! we came to DC as a short little family vacation. Andrew’s rental was perfect for us, we had 4 adults and 2 small children. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we always felt safe! We walked down to the National Mall (about 1.5-2 miles) with the stroller, but if you don’t have small children I highly recommend using the electric scooters! The parking was never an issue, there was always an available spot on the street near the house. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. we will definitely stay here again when we come back to DC in the future.

We loved our time in DC. The house was amazing and very clean and comfortable. Andrew was a fabulous host and always do quick to respond. Perfect Location
We just returned from fives days in D.C. We traveled with my mother, who is almost 60 and our son, who is 13. This place was perfect. We parked right out front and never had to drive again. Family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the Capitol, several restaurants and Whole Foods to cook a meal at home some nights. Also close to the Union Station to catch on one of the off and on buses to get to the sites that are a little further like the Lincoln Memorial. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
