Easy drive to the Cemetery, which was what we were in town for. Staff was very kind and polite. Breakfast was very basic, which was fine. However, hot items were on the cooler side. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around in. The building did, however, have an odor of old cigarette smoke.

The facilities started off good, but then, as the night went on the next-door neighbor kept being loud and disturbing us as well as other guests. It started to smell like pot throughout the night and when we called the reception desk, they were not helpful.

This was my second visit. Great bang for your buck! You probably won’t get better at a lower price! Parking and Breakfast included, and Ballston Metro less than half a mile away!

The front desk clerk was very courteous and pleasant. He provided tag so we could park few hours earlier than checking so we could take Metro to DC. The room was clean. Breakfast was only ok.

Pretty okay hotel overall. We chose it due to the price, free parking, and free breakfast. About 10 min away from the Metro line (not bad, except it made for a cold walk to the station). Breakfast was typical and not bad. As long as your not looking for luxury, you're good. Elevator seemed pretty sketchy, but other than that no complaints.

Nice low key hotel in the middle of Arlington. I enjoyed the friendliness of the front desk. Super comfortable beds. Only con is the cigarette smell that is in the hallways. It’s likely seeped in the carpet so they’ll need to replace the carpet and become a smoke-free hotel to get 5/5

Parking is a little tight in the garage, but i found a spot in the courtyard luckily. Staff is nice and friendly. Elevator, tp, and bath stopper are loose, but managable and it smells like cleaners, but i could open the window without a bug/safety screen to air out from hallway and put towel to block under door. Was able to accommodate my early arrival, so i could nap before going out. Should be more affordable, but understandable the week of holiday. I'm glad all rooms have ac, fridge and microwave as well. With food allergies, i need to be able to store/warm up food.

Positive: The staff at this hotel are excellent! They are friendly and very helpful. We had many broken items in the room and the staff constantly would send someone in to fix it. Negative: The rooms are very old and outdated. Probably one of the last old hotels that haven't been torn down in Arlington. The walls of the rooms are thin. The neighbor had a loud dog, was constantly fighting throughout the evening and the night staff lady had to try to stop the fighting 3 times and unable to get the owner or manager to remove those people. The windows are old and it was so loud with the freeway. The city decided to do road construction all night and it sounded like it was in our room with tearing of the streets and loud trucks. Elevator is very, very, very old and it felt like it was going to get stuck when going up to the next floor. It was not the cheapest hotel in Arlington, but I recommend the Holiday Inn down the street vs. this hotel. I It was even a couple of dollars cheaper at Holiday Inn (which I have stayed at before), but I stayed here because it had a little better rating and free breakfast. They can keep the free breakfast and I will stay somewhere else.
