You had to walk more than expected to get anywhere. It was difficult for me due to being handicapped. You either had to call uber or get your car from valet. I didnt like how there was no free parking for the price of the hotel. I also had to wait 2 hours to get my tv looked at and fixed after I arrived. I wasnt able to just check in and relax after a 6 hour drive. Big inconvenience, I was very disappointed!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. On site restaurant was mediocre at best. No coffee available in morning. Silly security for elevators was inconvenient. Room was small, especially at these high prices. Probably would not stay here again.

Definitely a pleasant surprise!
Excellent location and the hotel was very nice and clean and new. The only thing I would say is that our room had a duct that was fairly loud. It was a bit annoying when trying to sleep at first since it was right next to one of the beds. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed on the 12th floor, one shy of the roof. We had random noises coming from the AC at odd hours. We called the front desk and they did send a repair man very promptly. The repair person went to the roof and fixed it… only to have the noise return several times through our stay. Have the hotel service their roof AC units
