Whether you’re in search of outdoor activities or the ease of a mild winter, you’ll find it all within the 33 square miles of Washington. Theaters, restaurants, Costco, Walmart, and Albertsons Grocery are all within a seven-minute drive. There are 10 area golf courses to play. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks offer boating and swimming. World-class hiking is close by with literally hundreds of trails. Look up the best hikes in the world and you will find Angels Landing and Zion Narrows in Zion National Park. Nearby is Snow Canyon State Park, while the Red Cliffs National Recreation Area is only a five-minute drive. For the theater buffs, an Emmy-winning Shakespeare festival is nearby in Cedar City, as is the unique Tuacahn Theater in Ivins, which often previews Disney plays before they hit Broadway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
