This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed during the week we were there. We were offered compensation but have received nothing to date. The location was terrific for access to VA Square metro and grocery shopping. Dedicated off street parking is helpful. The unit was clean and modernized but for a three bedroom place, there was only a tiny 2 person dining table, very uncomfortable double futon in living room, and a four person table in the master bedroom. The kitchen is tiny and suitable for two people, but not enough space or supplies for a larger group. Towels were basic and flimsy, and there were no hooks on bathroom walls for hanging. Washer and dryer were new and worked well.
