I liked the great value. It was located by a metro station, with restaurants onsite/nearby, which made it very convenient. And it also had a swimming pool, jacuzzi (although it was luke warm), and breakfast was included. I had issues with my room keycard not functioning and causing me to travel back and forth to the lobby to try and fix the problem, but after the 4th try, I gave up. Thankfully, we had a 2nd card and we weren't apart too often I also wished the jacuzzi temperature was hotter, as it felt like a lukearm tub. However, these were minor inconveniences and our stay was very pleasant.

The staff that we met in every area were cheerful, polite, and helpful: housekeeping, front desk, bartender, and entire breakfast staff. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the happy hour and the metro was very convenient. Rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

when we arrived it was old food on the floor and a/c and heat did not work properly. only 1 elevator and it was very inconvenient.

This hotel was very run down. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites which were excellent and this one was very sub par. The breakfast was terrible . I was told that made to order eggs / omelets were only available during the week , not weekends . The bacon and French toast that was served was room temperature and had no flavor . A soda machine was there but soda was unavailable . The hotel was empty with few guests . Looked somewhat abandoned . Looks like the hotel is shared with office space / retail but all the stores were closed down . it had no convenient store or snack machines . A small vending machine hung on the wall in the lobby but was unplugged. The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor . I rarely complain about hotels and I am a low maintenance kind of person , but I will not be staying here again .

It’s a little out of the way. The room was an average but you could see that they are still remodeling it. It’s also in an abandoned mall. I wish it had more convenience stores nearby. The drinks at the bar are great. The breakfast staff were very helpful.

Right next to shopping, transportation and dining. Having a pool and workout facility available is a big plus.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The property was well kept outside. The inside elevators weren't fully functioning. There was trash on the floor(same for 1 day) of elevator. The room needed vacuuming, toilet needed cleaning inside and out. The bathtub paint was peeling and tub tile had mold. &1500 plus for 4 nights was a lot for unclean areas. I concede that work was being done, i.e. painting rails. The breakfast staff was spot on.
