Hope you don’t get hungry.
The hotel was located in a great are and the check in was easy. It was clean and well maintained, but that is where the positives end. I decided to order in room dining around 6pm. Called from my room phone and listened to the phone ring for 5 straight minutes. I hung up and redialed at which point the front desk answered. She immediately put me on hold, and after another 4 minutes of waiting asked how she could help. I informed her I was attempting to order in room dining and she told me I had to be transferred to the restaurant, and she did. I waited for another 12 minutes listening to the ringing before I gave up and just hung up. Needless to say the hotel lost out on selling a meal but also on me returning and staying with them again.

The property has an excellent location for transportation; metro, train, buses, trolley. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. The property seems a bit dated. Extra charge for wifi was unreasonable. The lobby has limited room for hanging out- we were either in our room or out on the town. It's a nice hotel and would stay again.

Rooms need updating. The carpeting in the rooms is in terrible shape. Both my wife and myself use walkers and the carpeting is a tripping hazard
