Good location at the head of the King St. restaurant/shopping area. Room was quiet and comfortable, after we switched! Original room's bed shared a wall with the "Electrical Room" which emitted a low, loud hum all night. Impossible to sleep. We were able to change with no problem. Shower excellent, hot water, good pressure, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Sink water pressure very low, however, not much more than a trickle. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I like how convenient it was to transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no complimentary coffee station. Also, shower water temperature was very hard to adjust. Desk clerk staff were very friendly and let me know that Expedia had over charged me. I have to call Expedia for the difference.

The hotel is right next to the King Street Metro station and there is an elevator at the station for accessibility. It would be slightly better if there was a ramp at the door nearest to the Metro station. The ramp is at the other entrance by the covered driveway to the parking. The hotel is very secure with key access needed in elevator for room floors.

Convenient that the subway is just across the street. Easy parking since there is parking in the hotel but it is $45/overnight plus taxes.

The rooms need to be upgrade it. Specially the beds and carpets. The parking is very expensive in my opinion.

Housekeeping is a real challenge here. Safety is okay, but it is conveniently located with great restaurant options and transportation around. If they navigate their housekeeping management issues, could be a great place to stay.

First off there was false advertisement about the walking distance to the first night festival. It said 4 min walk but it was clearly 25/30 mins. I booked solely on that info. There was a roach in the sink in the bathroom and the only plus was Bob and Edith’s diner nearby

Loved the location and cleanliness of this stay. The rooms were very large and excellent overall experience.

Room was very clean, but needed some updating like the bathtub and removal of the popcorn ceiling (in a Hilton?!). The tv channels were also very limited. The location is super convenient and easy to Old Town Alexandria.

It was a very good stay by all means, the only comment is about the room housekeeping, it's was fine, but could be improved. We stayed for 10 nights, not sure how many times the sheets were changed, and there was dust on the furniture that was not cleaned every day. But overall it was good. We definitely be back for our next stay in DC.
