If you are looking for a hotel one star up from a homeless encampment, this is the place for you. It is expensive and shabby, which leads one to believe the owners are trying to squeeze every last drop of blood out of the building and its guests. Walking the halls and riding theelevator I am reminded of Shakespeare’s King Lear, “Expose thyself to feel what wretches feel, That thou mayst shake the superflux to them, And show the heavens more just.”

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is very dated and needs major upgrades. Housekeeping could definitely improve as they replenished out towels but never made the bed. The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby and ease of getting around.

The reception staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They change their narrative based on shifts and the person in charge and don’t take any accountability. Also do not park at this hotel. My car got a flat tyre right after entering the lot (in about 6 hours overnight parking). The car next to mine had its front wheel removed - I believe for repair from a flat tyre ?! I checked the road and saw many nails, Broken glass etc. They don’t have any security at the parking gates to see who comes in and out and which car is parked.

It was literally in the middle of everything I needed! A short walk to the meeting center, surrounded by great restaurants, waking friendly, and Inglis about 10 minutes from Reagan Airport!!! The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was spacious, and I would definitely stay again!

The service was very nice. Everyone was pleasant. But they conditions of the hotel were not great. The elevator was dingy and beat up looking, the bathtub was peeling, and the TV didn't work properly. The beds were comfortable though.
