A good place to stay while in DC
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The suites gave our family the freedom to eat in. The location is 3 minutes walk from the metro station. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The only issue we had was that we stayed from Wednesday to Sunday morning, and housekeeping did not come until Friday night when we were all already back. By then, we were all exhausted from being out all day so it was pointless to leave the hotel again. We assumed they would come by Saturday, but they didn’t. They only attempted to clean one night. Other than that, the staff was amazing, great breakfast selection, comfortable beds and the rooms were spectacular. When we travel again, we will definitely stay at a Homewood Suites if possible!

Nice vibe, super clean and friendly staff.
Stay was great. Staff was very nice. Our dog also enjoyed his visit. The only negative we experienced was unattended children at the pool who were putting furniture and towels into the water.....my tween daughter was not impressed. Weekend breakfast food superior to food on weekdays, but it is included in the room rate so not complaining too loud about that. Great view of Nationals park from the roof deck. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Great stay in DC!
This hotel was great! Perfect for baseball fans wanting to catch a National’s game and right across from a Metro station. The staff was wonderful! Front desk service is excellent. Our room was spacious and very clean. I’m not a fan of the current trend of not replacing towels daily in hotels especially in the Summer. The. Front Desk accommodated me on this. Delicious breakfast! The roof top lounge area and the pool are a bonus. I highly recommend Homewood Suites.

Perfect Location
The location is what makes this hotel an amazing deal. Metro is steps away and in 2 stops you are at L' Enfant Plaza where you can connect to all train lines. Getting to the mall, museums, etc. Was incredibly easy and usually a 20-30min trip from hotel to destination. Ball park is .25 miles away. Tons of food choices around. Quick walk to the river area as well. The room was clean. Fit 3 adults/2 teens fine. Pool and workout facility are small but serve the purpose. Breakfast is nothing spectacular but it's free. A few cereals, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, fruit and yogurt daily. Then they change up hot stuff like omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles (think eggo type) bacon (microwave kind). Definitely had better but saves money so worked for us. Had a reception on Wed night with drinks and apps. Again not spectacular but a nice free snack before heading to the ball game. Has a nice lounge area where we could eat and hang out both inside on 2nd floor and on the roof. Didn't have much interaction with staff but the ones we did were friendly. 100% would stay here again for location. Seemed like a great deal based on other options in the area.
