Shower doors were backwards so didn’t close correctly, renovation had changed automatic locks but lock didn’t work so they appeared broken. If I was alone I would not have trusted it but my son was able to make sure it locked once I was in. Staff deceptive about parking, street parking is plentiful if you follow DC rules but they acted as if valet was the only way to go. Pool was super small, breakfast was usually cold.

The room had a foul odor when checking in. Had asked for towels to be sent up but needed to call and remind several times. The smell Of the room would not go away and we were not compensated or switched rooms.

Traveling with my kids it was ideal to prepare quick meals for them. It was a home away from home. The staff was very nice and friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend it especially if traveling with small children.

A great place to stay in the Navy Yard. Hotel was outstanding in every category. Lots of restaurants and the harbor within walking distance of the hotel. Book it.

Highly recommend

Easy check-in and excellent accommodations. The room was clean, very comfortable, with nice amenities - full ironing board, full size fridge, large closet.

Great stay!

We had the BEST stay here! The rooms were huge, comfortable, and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We used the pool and it was clean with plenty of towels. The breakfast is the only thing that could use some help, but the people working the breakfast were kind and constantly cleaning up the area.

My stay was good. Only downside is they have a 200dollar holding fee that they don't tell you about until you get there. The beds were hard and there was a constant clicking noise that makes you think someone is knocking or trying to come in. It really disturbed my rest. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean other then the bottom of the headboard space where the mattress meets it was dusty. Yes people do check that. When they do their inspection. Had a great time and would stay again when they fix that clicking noise. Everything else I can deal with.

4 night family stay

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well furnished. A great location with many restaurant choices nearby. A huge added bonus was the Metro station right across the street.

A great place to stay. We were stuck in DC traffic for hours. When we got to the hotel, going to the bathroom was the most important thing to do before checking in. The front desk attendant was so kind and accomodating. Thank you for that.
